We cover all of East Texas! Delivery is free within a 25-mile radius of Tyler. For locations beyond that, a small delivery fee applies. Please call or text us at (903) 242-8418—we're happy to give you an exact quote!

What exactly is included in the mini golf rental cost?

Everything! We handle the full delivery, professional setup, and tear down of the 9-hole course. You also get all equipment (putters, balls, scorecards, pencils), plus your Friendly Attendant to manage the game and hand out gear. Just show up and play!

Does setup and tear down affect my rental time?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not! The time needed for setup and tear down is separate. The duration you book is dedicated playtime for you and your guests!

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

We totally understand. If it looks like rain (or other bad weather), we encourage you to move indoors if possible. Our setup works great on level surfaces like gym floors, parking lots, or grass fields. If needed, we’ll happily reschedule for another date.

What is the booking and payment process for Traveling Greens Mobile Mini Golf rentals?

At Traveling Greens Mobile Mini Golf, we make booking and payment as easy and straightforward as possible! To reserve your mini golf experience, a $100 deposit is required at the time of booking, which can be conveniently paid by card online. This deposit secures your date and is non-refundable. However, we understand that weather can be unpredictable, so if inclement weather affects your event, we offer a generous reschedule period to ensure you still have an amazing experience. On the day of delivery, the remaining balance can be paid in cash or by card. For schools, churches, and organizations, we also accept checks for the final payment. We aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish!

Absolutely! At Traveling Greens, we understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable, and we want your event to be fantastic no matter what. Most people think of mini golf being played outdoors, but if it's too hot, too cold, or just bad weather, we suggest that you move your event indoors. We can set up our mini golf course in a level area such as a parking lot, grass field, or gymnasium/auditorium to ensure you have the best mini golf experience possible. Whether you're planning an outdoor summer bash or an indoor holiday party, our flexible mini golf rentals can make your event unforgettable. Let us bring the fun to you, rain or shine!

Our 9-hole course is built for fun flow and can comfortably accommodate up to 40 players per hour!

Absolutely. Mini golf is for everyone — and we even bring toddler-friendly plastic putters so the little ones can join the fun.

What happens if one or more rental equipment pieces are damaged or stolen?

Accepted Answer

We understand accidents happen! However, if any equipment is significantly damaged, stolen, or missing, the booking person will be charged the cost to repair or replace the item(s). This fee is due within 30 days after your event. (This fee may fluctuate based on current market pricing.)
