Delivery, setup, and tear down of the holes plus putters, balls, scorecards, and pencils are all included in the cost of your rental. A friendly attendant will also be there to assist in game flow and handing out equipment. Be sure to ask for tips on the course!

No, the time needed for setup and tear down is separate from your rental time. The duration listed for your rental is your time to enjoy playing mini golf!

If the forecast is not favorable in the days leading up to your event, we recommend that you move the event indoors. If you do not have adequate indoor space, we will reschedule the event for another date.

A $100 deposit is required at booking, payable by card online. The remaining balance is payable in cash or card upon delivery. For schools, churches, and organizations, we accept checks for the final payment. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable. However, should inclement weather disrupt your plans, we offer a generous reschedule period of up to three months. For other cancellations, a 5-day notice prior to the event is required. After event inquiry, expect a confirmation call from us , where we'll discuss delivery times and event details. For residential bookings, we ensure delivery 30 minutes before your event. At Traveling Greens, you can rent mini golf setups for birthday parties, weddings, holiday gatherings, picnics, church events, school carnivals, fairs, festivals, fundraisers, and corporate events. We provide all necessary equipment to ensure your event is a hit.

If a product is damaged, stolen, or missing, the person who booked the event rental will be charged a fee to repair or replace the item or items in question. This fee will cover the replacement and shipping charges that Traveling Greens Mobile Mini Golf will pay out of pocket in the event that this occurs.

This fee amount may fluctuate depending on the current market price of the item or items in question, which may change often due to inflation. This fee will be due in FULL 30 days after the event booking rental occurred. If this fee is not paid in full, the person who booked risks legal action.
